Automatic tournament scheduling
Run the whole tournament from one screen.
Import your teams, set your rules, and FairGame’s solver builds the entire multi-pitch, multi-day schedule: hundreds of fixtures, conflict-free, in seconds. From there it scores every match live and publishes standings the moment they change.
Free for up to 16 teams — no card required.

One platform, every tournament
Round-robin, knockout, group-to-bracket — the formats your sport actually runs, ready out of the box.
The whole weekend, under control
Auto-schedule every pitch in seconds
FairGame fills every pitch from the first whistle — no idle gaps, no dead time. Auto-schedule hundreds of matches in seconds, then drag to fine-tune. It re-flows the rest around you.
- Conflict-free across every pitch
- Rest windows respected per team

Your rules, not just your fixtures
The teams that travel can't start before ten. The youngest groups go home after two. Nobody plays three games back to back, and the finals all kick off together. Write your rules once — as hard requirements or soft preferences — and the solver honors every one of them. If the day genuinely doesn't fit, FairGame tells you why and what to change, instead of quietly dropping matches.
- Arrival and departure windows, rest, break windows, pitch limits
- A day that can't fit comes back with the reason and the fix

Registration that runs itself
Open the tournament, send clubs one link, and the sign-ups come to you — teams, player rosters, and the strength each coach declares. Approve or decline each one, collect the entry fee at checkout, and watch collected, outstanding and net land in a running total. FairGame chases whoever hasn’t paid.
- One link — teams, rosters and entry fees come back in
- Approve, decline or admit without payment, all from one list

A personal view for every parent
Parents follow their kids’ teams and get a private, read-only view of just those teams — a merged schedule with venue and kickoff, live scores, standings, results and reschedule alerts, plus a one-tap calendar export. No logins to chase, no group chat to refresh.
- Follow teams for a personalized schedule and live scores
- Reschedule and cancellation alerts, plus calendar export

Follow every match from your pocket
FairGame Sports is the free companion app for everyone watching. Follow your teams, get notified the moment something happens, and read the organizer’s announcements — live from the pitch, wherever you are.
Follow your teams
Search any team and follow it. Every fixture, live score and standing you care about collects into one personal feed — and onto your calendar in a tap.
Notifications that matter
A push the moment a followed team kicks off, the score changes, or a match is moved — so you never miss a game or show up to the wrong pitch.
Straight from the organizer
Venue details, schedule changes and announcements from the tournament organizer land right in the app — no group chat to refresh.
Free on iPhone, iPad, and Android.

The whole tournament, in real time
The moment a referee logs a goal it lands on the live dashboard — every pitch, the matches in play, just finished, and up next, refreshed automatically so you see the entire day at a glance. Alongside it, the control room keeps a running list of what actually needs you: clashes, unscheduled matches, brackets waiting on a result, most urgent first.
No refresh. No spreadsheet. No surprises.
This scoreboard is an illustration. The tournaments behind the link below are not: real events run on FairGame, with schedules, results and standings anyone can open.
See example tournamentsWhen the teams are the referees
Plenty of tournaments have no neutral official on every pitch, so the sides take turns on the whistle. Add a team to the referee roster and its duties attach to fixtures rather than to hour-long blocks, so a ten-minute match needs no availability window to sit inside. Auto-assign spreads the day across the sides in one pass and names whatever it could not cover, instead of leaving you to find the empty pitch on match day.
- Never its own match, never two at the same time
- Rest either side of a team’s own game, and after every duty it takes
- Each team’s own link lists the fixtures it has to whistle

Scoring, straight from the pitch
Every referee gets their own score page — opened with the QR code on the printed match card, no app and no login. One tap adds a goal and it’s live on the dashboard before they leave the pitch.
- Scan the match card — no install
- Works on any phone, built for gloves-on speed
From sign-up to published schedule
Setting up tournament software sounds like a project. Here is the whole path — with the wizard’s own time estimates for it.
Create your account
Free for up to 16 teams, no card required. New organizers land straight in the setup wizard.
Walk through seven short steps
Format, basics, teams, clubs, venues — the wizard shows a time estimate beside each step, about 14 minutes in all. Import teams from a spreadsheet, type them in, or open registration and let clubs enter their own.
Auto-schedule
Finishing the wizard creates the tournament — days, venues, teams and fixtures, ready to go. One click on auto-schedule packs every pitch, conflict-free.
Publish when you’re ready
Your schedule goes live on the public results page. From there, standings and scores update as referees enter results.
Just looking? Pick “Start with a sample” on the wizard’s first step — a pre-filled example cup, teams and groups included, that you edit into your own.

The next season of FairGame is intelligent
We're teaching FairGame to do the thinking, not just the bookkeeping. First up: an assistant that does the admin work you ask it to — already running in development. FairMatch, year-round opponent matching, follows.
Tell FairGame what you want. Approve what it proposes.
Type “3–1 for Selfoss” and the assistant finds the match, enters the score and updates the standings. It sets up teams, builds knockout brackets, manages registration and publishes — but every change first comes back as a readable proposal card for you to accept, reject or edit. Nothing touches your tournament until you say so, and each result links straight to the page it changed, all the way to the public site. It already runs in our development builds; we're readying it for every customer.
- Every change is a proposal; nothing applies until you approve it
- Batch requests arrive as one card — ask for eight teams, approve once

FairMatch — the right opponent, any week of the year
Tell FairMatch when your teams can play and it proposes friendlies against clubs at their level, matched on the same ratings that keep FairGame draws fair. One click to agree, and the fixture, match card and parent view are ready.
